Considering the facts of the case, I do not find any scope to entertain this revisional application filed by the defendant for expeditious hearing of the application filed by the petitioners before the learned Civil Judge(Senior Division) at Uluberia, Howrah.

Accordingly, the revisional application stands rejected. The urgency application stands disposed of accordingly.

It is however, made clear that this order shall not prevent the learned Court below to

dispose of the present petitioners ex-parte, if the plaintiffs/opposite parties avoid hearing of the said applications.
