Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to produce any Rule which permits grant of interest on account of delayed payment of leave encashment. 3.

Under the circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of interest on account of delayed payment of leave encashment cannot be allowed.

The order of the Court appears to be substantially complied with.

The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.

Consequently, connected application (CAN No.1 of 2025) is also disposed of.
