The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up through video conference. CRAN 1 of 2020 is accordingly, disposed of.

In view of the order passed by a coordinate Bench on 20th September, 2019 rejecting the prayer for bail on the ground that there is prima facie involvement of the petitioner in dealing with narcotic substance above commercial quantity and as the motorcycle used for carrying the narcotic substance stands in the name of the petitioner and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, we request the learned Judge, Special Court, Murshidabad to expedite the trial. The application for bail is thus, rejected.
