The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up through video conference. CRAN 1 of 2020 is accordingly, disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of 257 grams of brown sugar which is above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restriction under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
