Advocate ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in setting the victim-housewife on fire as appearing from the statement of the daughter of the deceased, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to her.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
