Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the transaction involving narcotic substance above commercial quantity and as the booty was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail being CRM 7064 of 2020 is rejected.
