Petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, there subsist a registered lease in favour of the petitioner. The private respondents are preventing the ingress and egress to the lease-hold land. Police are inactive.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits on instruction that, the disputes between the private parties are civil in nature.

In the facts of the present case, it appears that, the private parties have disputes with regard to an immovable property concerned. The disputes are civil in nature. A Writ Court need not interfere in disputes relating to immoveable property between private parties. The private parties are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievances, if any.

W.P.A. No.7397 of 2020 is disposed of.
