Petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by contending that he seeks to challenge the constitutional validity of the provisions of Section 194N of the Act, which he could not in the instant writ petition.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to withdraw with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

Accordingly WPA 7407 of 2020 along with CAN 1 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.
