Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that his client does not want to proceed with the instant application. Accordingly, the application for bail, being C.R.M. No. 7096 of 2020, is dismissed as 'not pressed'.
