The present writ petition has been preferred inter alia praying for issuance of necessary direction upon the concerned respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17th April, 2019.

Upon hearing Mr.

Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Ms. Lahiri, learned advocate appearing for the Bank and upon considering the materials on record, I am of the opinion that no useful purpose be served by keeping the writ petition pending and the issue needs to be relegated to the competent authority for consideration.

Accordingly, this Court directs the respondent no.2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner

on 17th April, 2019, upon granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to take a decision, in accordance with law and to communicate the same to the petitioner.

The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

As affidavits have not been called for, the allegations levelled in the writ petition shall be deemed to have been denied by the respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
