Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

The application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2020, is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in trafficking women for sexual exploitation and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail, being CRM No. 7102 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.

Trial Court shall take necessary steps to expedite the matter.
