Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

The application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2020, is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged joint possession of 300 pieces of Yaba tablets and as prayer for bail of the co-accused has been turned down by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail, being CRM No. 7104 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.
