The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per the Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

This is an application for anticipatory bail. However, due to inadvertent errors and incurable defects the learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the said petition with liberty to file fresh application for anticipatory bail.

Under such circumstances, leave is given to the petitioners to file a fresh application for anticipatory bail.
