The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that out of enmity, this complainant has been lodged. Learned counsel for the State, however, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. It is submitted that the petitioner along with five other persons are absconding.

Having considered the materials on record including the injury report and the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. In the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 7110 of 2020 is allowed.
