Learned advocate appering for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 128 days and the case record did not reflect any specific role of the petitioner so as to why further detention of the petitioner is in custody.

Learned advocate for the State submits the case diary and draws the attention of this court to the statement of the different eye-witnesses as also the post mortem report. Learned advocate for the State further submits that next date has been fixed by the learned court below for commitment.

We have perused the materials on record including the statement of the different witnesses as also the post mortem report and injuries which have been reflected and which resulted in the cause of death according to the medical expert.

In view of the allegations which are appearing against the present petitioner and also on consideration of the stage of the case, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The application for bail being C.R.M. 7113 of 2020 and C.R.A.N. 1 of 2020 are disposed of.
