, This is an appeal from an order dated 14th September, 2020 by a learned Single Judge refusing an interim order.

At the outset it is said that the appeal court sparingly interferes with the grant of refusal or grant of an interim order by the trial court. Secondly, we are not minded to keep this appeal pending and delay adjudication of the main lis.

In those circumstances, we dispose of this appeal by observing that the subject admission will abide by the result of the writ application. We request the learned
