The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.
The application being CRAN No.1 of 2020 is disposed of. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.
Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the nature of allegations including the nature of injuries as appearing from the medical papers which did not appear to be grievous, we are inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
CRM 7116 of 2020 is disposed of.
The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
