The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

There is an inadvertent error in referring to the application disposed of by an order dated 28th September, 2020 in the last but one paragraph of the order. Accordingly, in the last but one paragraph of the order "CRM 6969 of 2020" shall be deleted and replaced by "CRM 7118 of 2020".

Let this correction be incorporated in the order sheet dated 28th September, 2020 and be made part of the order dated 28th September,

2020. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly and CRM 7118 of 2020 shall not show as pending.
