The report reflects that the chargesheet has already been submitted after completion of investigation. Further, it has been reflected from the report that the petitioner has been residing at Bakharpur, P.O. Gurail, District - Dakshin Dinanpur which is creating hardship for the petitioner as the school in which he is working now is within the jurisdiction of Tapan P. S. As there is no adverse report against the present petitioner and the investigation has been complete, the earlier conditions being "Shall not enter the said jurisdiction of Tapan Police Station
