This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in dealing with his representation dated June 6, 2018 with regard to payment of arrear dues. The facts of the case are that the petitioner had been suspended for a particular period and had thereafter joined his duty as headmaster (after direction of this Hon'ble Court). It is to be noted that by an order dated August 17, 2017, a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court allowed the petitioner to act as headmaster but not to discharge any financial power.

Accordingly, the petitioner had made a representation to the relevant authorities and also the Administrator of the school where he is the headmaster for clearing his arrear dues.

In light of the above, the Administrator, Kakra High School (H.S.), is directed to raise the bills of the petitioner in accordance with law and submit the same before the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Purba Medinipur, within a period of two weeks from date. The concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) is directed to act in accordance with law in an expeditious manner in releasing of the arrear dues of the petitioner. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
