Mr. Ayan Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a photocopy of the order dated May 5, 2022. It appears from the order that after completion of investigation, police has submitted a report in the final form and learned Magistrate vide order dated May 5, 2022 has accepted the final report filed by the investigating agency and discharged all the accused persons from the case. In view of the above, CRR 1363 of 2020 along with CRAN 1 of 2020 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
