This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering his prayer for refixation of pay on the basis of the revised pay structure with respect to ROPA, 2019.

It is to be noted that the petitioner has written to the authorities including the Administrator of the concerned school but no action has been taken till date. In light of the above, the Administrator, Kakra High School (H.S.), being respondent no.5 herein, is directed to refix the service book and forward the same along with

the representation of the petitioner before the appropriate authority for taking action.

The authorities are directed to act expeditiously in this regard in accordance with law.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
