Begg .....For the State The petitioners claim that others standing on the same footing as the petitioners have already been granted bail. The State says that these petitioners stand on a different footing.

According to the State, these petitioners were absconding for more than four years and surrendered only in August, 2020. The State says that the matter pertains to manufacture of bombs and explosives which killed several persons. The State says that these petitioners were among the members who were making the bombs at the relevant time. Considering the material against the petitioners and their conduct, the prayer for bail cannot be acceded to at this stage. CRM 7133 of 2020 is disposed of.
