The petitioner says that he has almost no involvement in the matter, but the State contends against the petitioner had taken compromising photographs of a lady and circulated the same or threatened to put up such photographs in the social media. There can be no tolerance for conduct of such type where it is alleged that compromising photographs of a lady were attempted or threatened to be put up in the social media. Considering the nature of the charge, the petitioner should immediately surrender so that all incriminating material and compromising photographs or copies thereof may be confiscated and destroyed.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. CRM 7162 of 2020 and CRAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of.
