The petitioner filed the instant application with a prayer for mutating his name in respect of the premises No. 15A/3, Chowbhaga Road, Kolkata - 700 039.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition the Corporation has passed order rejecting the prayer for mutation.

In view of the said submission the instant writ petition being W.P.A.

of becomes infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.

The petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the order of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation rejecting the prayer for mutation, in accordance with law, if so advised.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
