In view of the conduct of the petitioners as appears from the earlier orders of this Court, this Court is inclined to hold that the petitioners are not interested in proceeding with the matter any further.

Accordingly, WPA No. 7483 of 2020 is dismissed for default.

The connected applications being CAN No. 1 of 2020 and CAN No. 2 of 2022 are also dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
