The advocate-on-record for the petitioner undertakes to affirm and properly stamp the petition as per the rules within forty eight hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

This is a case under Section 498A read with Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The death of the victim occurred on 30th April, 2020. The petitioner is the husband. The charge-sheet was submitted on 15th July, 2020.

However, on 31st July, 2020 this Court rejected the bail application of the petitioner.

There is no change in circumstance. Therefore, we cannot entertain this application for bail.

However, if the learned Court below does not frame the charge by 24th November, 2020, the petitioner is at liberty to apply afresh for bail.

CRM 7169 of 2020 and the interim application filed therein are disposed of.
