For the respondents Pursuant to the order dated November 3, 2020, a report has been filed by the Commandant, 31 Field Ammunition Depot of the Indian Army at Panagarh. A copy of such report has been made over to advocate for the petitioner.

According to the petitioner, the concerned sepoy is now on his way to Jalandhar. The report submitted by the Commandant also indicates that the sepoy has to report to his new place of posting by November 6, 2020. Since the petitioner is aware of the whereabouts of the concerned person, nothing survives of this matter. WPA 7486 of 2020 along with the interim application therein stand disposed of.
