Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

Ms. Pronoti Goswami, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than eleven months though charge-sheet has already been submitted. She further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he is no way connected in the present case.

Mr. Ghosh, learned Counsel for the State, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that only on 19th August, 2020 prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench. There is no change of circumstances which deserves intervention by this Court to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

On the submission of the learned Counsel for the State and after perusing the case diary, in our considered view, no change of circumstances is there after rejection of the prayer for bail on 19th August, 2020, which deserves intervention by this Hon'ble Court.

Accordingly we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM 7185 of 2020 and CRAN 1 of 2020 are thus disposed of.
