Division, 2nd Additional Court, Burdwan, in an application under Order 39 Rules 1&2 which is an appealable order.

Accordingly, this revisional application being C.O.1236 of 2020 is dismissed as not pressed. The petitioner will take back the certified copy of the impugned order from the department after furnishing a copy thereof.
