The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent of charges and they have been falsely implicated in the instant case. Mr. Dutta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and further contends that the petitioners' earlier bail application was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 24-07-2020. Furthermore, there is no subsequent event, which warrant that the petitioners should be granted bail. We have perused the materials in the case diary. In our considered view, since there is no subsequent change of circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioners are rejected.
