It appears from the report that, the dispute between the private parties relate to an immovable property.

The police registered the complaint dated December 4, 2010 as a First Information Report and after completion of investigation submitted charge sheet in respect thereto.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that so far as complaint dated June 10, 2020 is concerned, on enquiry police did not find any material to treat the same as First Information Report. The police, however, are keeping a strict vigil over the locale.

In such circumstances, the police having taken steps as noted above and since the petitioner has statutory alternative remedy under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, no further interference is called for at this stage.

W.P.A.7512 of 2020 is disposed of.
