Saryati Datta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there has been substantial change in the case pending before the learned trial court due to passage of time. According to the learned advocate, charge has already been framed before the learned trial court. Having considered the same, I am of the view that the purpose for which the present writ petition was preferred at the relevant point of time do not exist as on date.

Accordingly, WPA 7520 of 2020 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
