None appears for the petitioner.
Petitioner complains of police inaction in relation to a complaint dated August 26, 2020 made by the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits on the basis of written instruction that, there is a long standing dispute between the private parties with regard to an immovable property concerned. He submits that, there are at least two prior cases pending. So far as the complaint dated August 26, 2020 is concerned, he submits that, the police received two complaints both from the petitioner and the
private respondents. Both complaints of the petitioner and the private respondents were treated as First Information Reports (F.I.R.s) and that, the investigation with regard thereto are in progress.
The written instructions submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.
It appears from the written instructions that, the police are investigating two prior police cases. There are disputes between the private parties with regard to an immovable property concerned. The police treated the complaints of the petitioner dated August 26, 2020 as also made by the private respondents as First Information Reports and that, the investigations with regard thereto are in progress. In such circumstances, the police having taken steps, as noted above, no further interference is called for. W.P.A. No.7522 of 2020 is disposed of.
