For the petitioner Mr. Probal Mukherjee ... for the opposite party ,, This revisional application has been filed challenging the order dated 21st January, 2020 passed by the learned Addition District Judge, 10th Court at Alipore with regard to stay of the Matrimonial Suit till the disposal of the Miscellaneous Case No.242 of 2019. After hearing learned Counsel for both the parties, I am of the view that the following direction may be passed: Learned Additional District Judge, 10th Court at Alipore is directed to hear out the Misc. Case No.242 of 2019 expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the above direction, this revisional application is disposed of.

As a consequence thereof, the connected application is also disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, applied for, be handed over to the parties on usual undertaking.
