Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that an application for compassionate appointment made to the District Inspector of Schools is yet to be considered and decided.

None appears for the respondents.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, since an application for grant of compassionate appointment made on behalf of the petitioner on July 2, 2020 is yet to be considered, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent no.2 to consider and decide such application in accordance with law. It is expected that the respondent no.2 will inform his reasoned decision to interested parties within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 7528 of 2020 is disposed of.
