Considering the reasons given by the learned judge in the impugned judgment and order dated 9th July, 2020, we are not minded to interfere with his discretion to refuse the ad-interim injunction. In any event, by the said order the respondent/ defendant was directed to show cause within seven days from the date of receipt of the court's notice. Let the respondent/defendant appear before the court below, show cause and contest the interim application.
The learned judge of the court below is requested to pass appropriate directions to get the interim application ready for hearing and thereafter to dispose
of the same as early as possible, within three months from date preferably.
The appeal (F.M.A.T. 382 of 2020) and connected applications (CAN 1 of 2020 and CAN 2 of 2020) are disposed of.
