Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being IA No: CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the nature of allegations to the effect that the petitioner is a Bangladeshi national and had entered India on the strength of forged travel documents, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
