Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being IA No: CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials in the case diary disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged dacoity and as the petitioner was identified in the course of TI Parade, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
