For the State The petitioner undertakes to appropriately affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioner claims that the mother of the defacto complainant was inducted as a licensee at the petitioner's premises and when the petitioner wanted the premises to be vacated, a completely false charge has been brought against the petitioner.

The State refers to the clear statement of the 13-yearold survivor. Considering the clear and categorical statement of the 13-year-old, the petitioner cannot be enlarged on bail at this stage.

CRM 7225 of 2020 along with the interim application therein are disposed of.
