Since the petitioners made a representation dated August 10, 2020 which is yet to be decided, it would be appropriate to request the respondent no.2 to consider and decide such representation, in accordance with law. The respondent no.2 will afford a reasonable opportunity of

hearing to the petitioners. He is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents that he deems appropriate. He will pass a reasoned order which he will communicate to the parties interested forthwith thereafter. It is expected that, the entire exercise is completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Petitioners are granted liberty to put in the Court fees. W.P.A. No.7546 of 2020 is disposed of.
