The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.
The application being IA No. CRAN/1/2020 is disposed of. Having considered the materials on record and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime as appearing from the dying declaration of the victim, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.
CRM 7226 of 2020 is disposed of.
