The grievance of the petitioner is that he is unable to construct his boundary wall because of threats and abusive words being hurled by some of the local people, who were obstructing in constructing of the boundary wall.

The petitioner has already approached the ld. Executive Magistrate

and the police authorities have already taken action under Section 107 of the cr.p.c. being Rahara Police Station PR No. 240 of 2020 dt. 24.08.2020.

Having taken into account the grievance of the petitioner and the steps so taken by the police authorities, I am of the view that the same is justified.

More than four years have passed since the initiation of the writ petition and there is no further addition to the facts in respect of construction of the boundary wall for which the writ petition was instituted.

In case, the wall, till date, has not been constructed, the petitioner will bring the same to the notice of the court and the police authorities, thereafter, will act in accordance with law, if they deem fit and proper that the petitioner has been

abiding to the settled municipal laws.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7550 of 2020 along with CAN 1 of 2020, CAN 2 of 2022 and CAN 3 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
