No adverse conduct is noted against the petitioner. Accordingly, conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Krishnaganj Police Station and to report to the Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing once in a week are waived. He shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever Other conditions of bail shall remain the same. The application being CRAN 2 of 2020 is accordingly, disposed of.
