Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the cause title of the order dated 01.10.2020. Cause title of the order be read as follows: "Arambagh Police Station case No.312 of 2020 dated 16.08.2020 under Sections 448/427/379/354B/323/325/341/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with 3/4 Explosive Substances Act, 1908. And In the matter of : Duryadhan Roy & Anr."

In the 3rd paragraph of the order, the words "456 days" be read as "45 days".
