Petitioner seeks implementation of the resolution dated June 28, 2019 of the Regional Transport Authority, Paschim Burdwan as appearing in Serial No.11 of page 11 of the writ petition.

The State is represented.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent authorities submits that the petitioner is now seeking to replace the vehicle. He submits that the permit subsists in respect of vehicle no. WB 37A 5122. The petitioner is now seeking to have permit in respect of WB 37B 5934. The petitioner is not entitled to substitute the vehicle considered. By the resolution as appearing at Serial No.11 dated June 28, 2019 of the RTO, Paschim Burdwan, allowed an application under Section 159 of the Motor

Vehicles Act subject to verification of all documents. The vehicle concerned was WB 37A 5122. The permit was in respect of such vehicle.

In such circumstance, it would be appropriate the direct the authorities to implement Serial No.11 of the resolution dated June 28, 2019 in accordance with law, in respect of vehicle bearing no. WB 37A 5122.

Since affidavits are not invited, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to be denied.

WPA 7571 of 2020 is disposed of.
