Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being IA No: CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged murder as appearing from the dying declaration of one of the victims, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Steps be taken up for commitment of the case at the earliest if not already done.
