Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the brutal murder of the victim and as incriminating articles including bloodstained wearing apparels had been recovered from the house of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail being CRM 7253 of 2020 is rejected.
