Mr. Sabyasachi Mondal, learned advocate appeared for the respondent nos. 1 to 3.

The respondent no. 3 has allowed the Post Graduation Scale in favour of the petitioner by its order dated June 24, 2019, Annexure-P8 at page 45 to the writ petition with an immediate effect.

The school authority also accepted the same and forwarded the relevant records before the respondent no.3 to give effect to its order. However, the respondent no.3 is sitting idle on the issue.

After hearing the submissions made on behalf of the parties and after considering the records, this Court directs the respondent no.3 to give effect to its own order dated June 24, 2019 positively by taking steps for making the necessary payment with all consequential benefits positively within a period of two weeks from the

date of communication of this order. The payment shall be made to the petitioner at the Post Graduation Scale strictly in accordance with the provisions laid down and in terms of the Government Order bearing No.1595SE(S)-26th December, 2005, Annexure-P9 at page 46 to the writ petition.

With the above terms this writ petition, WPA 7597 of 2020 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.

Consequentially, all the connected applications stand disposed of.
