The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of. Having considered the materials on record and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as his prayer for bail rejected earlier and there is no substantial change in circumstances since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Trial court is directed to proceed with the matter as expeditiously as possible.

CRM 7255 of 2020 is disposed of.
